We sincerely apologise if you have received defective item(s). Items are classified as defective if they are received damaged (due to shipping/delivery or manufacturing fault) by the customer. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item, with your order number, details of defective item, clear snapshots of the defect. Cost of returning the defective item (in original packaging) will be borne by us. In event whereby the item is out of stock, the full amount will be refunded to the customer in store credits (1 month validity).
Please note that any items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
