Exchange

If you are not satisfied with the item received, you may return your item in the original packaging up to 7 days after the date of shipment to us at the cost borne by the customer. The purchase amount will then be return to you in credits in which you may spent on other items within a month. We strongly encourage you to return the item(s) using Registered Postage, as we bear no responsibility in event that the return parcel is lost from normal mailing. Do note that Aveavo will not be able to accept return of earrings due to hygiene purposes.

Defects

We sincerely apologise if you have received defective item(s). Items are classified as defective if they are received damaged (due to shipping/delivery or manufacturing fault) by the customer. Kindly email us at sales@aveavo.com within 7 days of receiving the item, with your order number, details of defective item, clear snapshots of the defect. Cost of returning the defective item (in original packaging) will be borne by us. In event whereby the item is out of stock, the full amount will be refunded to the customer in store credits (1 month validity).

Please note that any items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
